There has been a lot of media coverage recently of vulnerable adults choking while in care - some of these incidents proved fatal.

Children are also still at risk.

This course has been designed with these cases in mind.

It is a short 3 hour course, and could potentially save a life.

Candidates will gain knowledge on the causes, signs and symptoms and how to prevent choking.

As well as the knowledge aspect, candidates will also be able to practice the techniques of the abdominal thrust with our new choking vest training aid.

Candidates will also have a practical on CPR.
