Cancellation Policy

Cancellations:

Courses cancelled within 3 working days of the date the course is due to run there will still be a charge equalling 100% of the cost of the course

Cancellation within 7 days of the date the training is due to take place, there will still be a charge equalling 50% of the cost of the course

​

Cancellation within 14 days of the date the training is due to take place. There will still be a charge equalling 25% of the cost of the course.

Courses that are cancelled with a view to being rescheduled – this must be rebooked to run within a four week period of the original planned course date.
